I love reading Romance, music, NKOTB, my dog, baseball and J.J. Hardy.

One Tiny Lie - K.A. Tucker After reading Ten Tiny Breaths, I knew that I would end up really enjoying this book. It would have to be completely awful for me to end up hating it. But I wasn't prepared for how much I ended up loving this book. I really enjoyed TTB, but I loved this book so much more.

I loved Ashton. He was just plain hot. There's no denying it. Every time he opened his mouth, or breathed for that matter, I melted. Lol. I think I loved him as much as, if not more, than Livie did. I have to admit, I had my suspicions about his secrets and his past, but I didn't call it exactly.

My one issue with this book was the amount of alcohol consumed. I'll freely admit that I've never been a drinker, so my college experience was different from Livie's, but...was it really necessary to drink every time she set foot outside of her dorm? I understood the reasoning for the drinking loosen up and enjoy life but if she needed alcohol to do it, was it really making things better? Now, Livie wasn't the only one drinking and I feel the same way about the other characters but she was the main character so it's easy to use her as my example.

Conner...When i found out that there was a love triangle, I cringed. I hate love triangles. I always end up picking sides (as authors want you to) and on some occasions, I pick the wrong side. But either way, I'm always left feeling like the other guy was useless because he was just used as a plot device to keep the main characters apart. But I didn't really see Conner as an actual love interest. Yes, Livie went out with him a few times but I never felt that she had genuine feelings for him. She liked him and thought he was good looking (and we can't ignore his Irish accent) but she fell for Ashton and Connor was just a distraction to kill time…and someone she considered safe. He didn't play a huge part and I was thankful for that. And because of that, I never felt like he was really her boyfriend. He was just a guy she went out with. As for Ashton’s girlfriend…the same applied. She was around a few times but since she was mostly absent, it was easy to forget that she existed.

This book (along with TTB) is a must read. I cannot say enough good things about this series. K.A. Tucker is an extremely talented writer. I can’t wait to read more from her. :)
